The Prophet (pbuh) said,
Between time of the creation of Adam and the Resurrection Day, there is nothing greater (fitna) than the mischief of Dajjal. ~ Riyad as-Salihin 19/1814
(http://rulingbyquran.blogspot.com/2011/05/surah-kahf-and-one-eyed-dajjal.html)
Ever wondered why Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said recition of Surat Al-Kahf can save you from Dajjal?
The Prophet (s.a.w) commanded us to recite the opening verses of Soorat al-Kahf against Dajjaal. Some reports mention the last verses of this surah.
This means reciting the first ten verses or the last ten.
Sahih Muslim
And one (or some) hadith mention about reciting whole Surah Kahf.
Allah is not one-eyed, but the false messiah (Dajjal) is one-eyed, blind or defective in his right eye
Bukhari
Has dajjal come?
What is meant by ONE EYED Dajjal?
What’s his agenda?
If he has come, are we all following Dajjal?
How we can save ourself?
Answer of all these questions can surely be found in Surah Kahf. These answers will surely be available like an open secret in Surah Kahf as Quran is the book of guidance till Qayama. Quran opens its secrets with the passage of time and for those people who want guidance from Quran (Allah).
When we will try to see first ten verses and then the last ten verses we will find that it is talking about TWO EYES.
Quran Kahf 6
Verily! We have made that which is on earth as an adornment for it, in order that We may test them (mankind) as to which of them are best in deeds Verily what is on earth We shall make but as dust and dry soil.
This ayat is suggesting or warning us to open our internal eye and see with our two eyes ( Material Eye and Eye of heart). If you close your internal eye you will consider everything this world and will ready to sacrifice morals , values , emaan and everything for this world and that is the religion of Dajjal he will be blind from his internal eye and will take world through godlessness. His internal eye which reminds of God will be blind
And in last ten verses we will find
QuranKahf 100
(Unbelievers) whose eyes had been under a veil from Remembrance of Me, and who had been unable even to hear.
(Unbelievers) whose eyes had been blind from Remembrance of Me, and who had been unable even to hear.
This ayat is talking about blind EYE. Those whose internal eye (emaan , spirtuality , remembrance of Allah is close) such people will be the one who will follow Dajjal.
Some Examples
What is democracy and secularism?
If you see with one eye ‘Govt of the people by the people for the people’ then you will consider that religion has nothing to do with social, economic and political issues. We follow the religion of humanity.
But considering that all religions should be equal is not possible unless religion should put aside.
But if you see it with both eyes you will realize that it is a big shirk. God is totally out from it .We have become everything, we have become sovereign (god).
Riba war with God (Prohibited in every scripture) has become OK for us
What is happening in the name of women rights institution of family has almost finished.
Some four stories are mentioned in Surah Kahf
Now we will try to understand the moral of the stories mentioned in Surah Kahf
1) The People Of The Cave
2) The Owner Of Two Gardens
3) Musa(AS) and Khidr(AS)
4) Dhul-Qarnayn
The Owner Of Two Gardens:
In this story Allah also explaining two eyes..
Allah mentioned story of two men
Quran Kahf 31
One of them we provided two gardens of grapevines and surrounded them with date-palms: in between the two we placed corn-field
Kahf 33-34
And he possessed much wealth; so he said to his companion, while he disputed with him: I have greater wealth than you, and am mightier in followers.
And he entered his garden while he was unjust to himself. He said: I DONT THINK THAT THIS WILL EVER PERISH
Second man said :
Kahf 39
If you see me less than you in wealth, and children. “It may be that my Lord will give me something better than your garden, and will send on it torment/ bolt from the sky, then it will be a slippery earth.
When he enter garden he saw that
Kahf 41
So his fruits (and enjoyment) were destroyed, and he remained twisting and turning his hands over what he had spent on his property, which had (now) tumbled to pieces to its very foundations, and he could only say, “Woe is me! Would I had never ascribed partners to my Lord and Cherisher!
Nor had he numbers to help him against Allah, nor was he able to deliver himself.
Moral of this story is that the first person was the believer of material and his emaan was on material ( on his garden and followers) and was thinking that it can never be destroyed , he made it by his own effort God didn’t give him this because his internal eye was closed.
E.g.
If we attend an interview and get the job, we think that our performance in interview was so good. We are so intelligent and clever and we got selected because of our great answers (means God did nothing) but when get fired from a job we start crying asking God why these things are happening to me.
Nothing happens without the will of Almighty Allah.
Quran Fajr 14-16
Indeed, your Lord is in observation.
And as for man, when his Lord tries him and [thus] is generous to him and favors him, he says, “My Lord has honored me.”
But when He tries him and restricts his provision, he says, “My Lord has humiliated me.”
Explanation:
When ALLAH tries by giving something we start considering it great NAIMAT on us coz of our greatness and forget that it is test and when Allah test by restricting we start crying and in reality both are test
Musa(AS) and Khidr(AS)
Its a long story it also talk about Two Eyes
Khidr A.S was executing order of Allah while Moosa A.S was questioning about those things which are APPARENTLY very bad but in reality these were good. And Khidr A.S told the hikmat behind them later. Appearance and reality of things are different.
Like the appearance and reality of Democracy and secularism is different. With one eye you cannot see it.
The People Of The Cave
It’s the story of young men who lived in a disbelieving town, so they decided to migrate for the sake of Allah and run away. It shows coming time for muslims is going to be very very tough and those who still want to live as believers they might have to migrate towards villages for saving their emaan and muslims should keep that option open. When they feel that keeping emaan, morals, values have become impossible then they should migrate.
Dhul-Qarnayn
Then Allah gave an example of just ruler who will fill the earth with justice that can be compared with return of Essa (a.s) and Imam Mahdi. That story also talks about opening your internal eye .
and last but not the least Surah Kahf says
Quran Kahf
- And never say of anything, “Indeed, I will do that tomorrow”
- Except [when adding], “If Allah wills.” And remember your Lord when you forget [it] and say, “Perhaps my Lord will guide me to what is nearer than this to right conduct.”
Has dajjal come?
YES. His system has come and his system has been spread everywhere and has become unbeatable and as a person he will appear when power will be shifted from USA to ISRAEL
What is meant by ONE EYED Dajjal?
He will be the follower of material and his internal eye will be closed
What’s his agenda?
His agenda is fulfilling desires and spreading godlessness rejecting God in social , economic and political affairs means in every affair God has to do nothing. Religion is useless. Follow desires and he is using desires and exploiting it.
If he has come, are we all following Dajjal?
We have to check ourselves how much our believe is on material believe on material is more than God? If yes it means you are one of the follower of dajjal
How we can save ourselves?
By opening our eyes and try to see things spiritually. Dajjal followers will call you ignorant , fool, talking non sense, conservative.
Quran 5 54
They strive in the cause of Allah and do not fear the blame of a critic. That is the favour of Allah; He bestows it upon whom He wills.

He will land in some of the salty barren areas (outside) Medina; on that day the best man or one of the best men will come up to him and say, ‘I testify that you are the same Dajjal whose description was given to us by Allah’s Apostle.’ Ad-Dajjal will say to the people, ‘If I kill this man and bring him back to life again, will you doubt my claim?’ They will say, ‘No.’ Then Ad-Dajjal will kill that man and bring him back to life. Behold, but the Masih al-Dajjal is blind of right eye as if his eye is like a swollen grape, and the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: I was shown in a dream in the night that near the Kaabah there was a man fair-complexioned, fine amongst the white-complexioned men that you ever saw, his locks of hair were falling on his shoulders. He was a man whose hair were neither too curly nor too straight, and water trickled down from his head. He was placing his bands on the shoulders of two persons and amidst them was making a circuit around the Kaabah. I said: Who is he? They replied: Al-Masih son of Mary. And I saw behind him a man with intensely curly hair, blind of right eye. Amongst the persons I have ever seen Ibn Qatan has the greatest resemblance with him. He was making a circuit around the Kaabah by placing both his hands on the shoulders of two persons. I said: Who is he? They said; It is al-Masih al-Dajjal.

From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 4, Ablutions (Wudu’)
Narrated/Authority of Asma bint Abu Bakr
I came to ‘Aisha the wife of the Prophet during the solar eclipse. The people were standing and offering the prayer and she was also praying. I asked her, “What is wrong with the people?” She beckoned with her hand towards the sky and said, “Subhan Allah.” I asked her, “Is there a sign?” She pointed out, “Yes.” So I, too, stood for the prayer till I fell unconscious and later on I poured water on my head. After the prayer, Allah’s Apostle praised and glorified Allah and said, “Just now I have seen something which I never saw before at this place of mine, including Paradise and Hell. I have been inspired (and have understood) that you will be put to trials in your graves and these trials will be like the trials of Ad-Dajjal, or nearly like it (the sub narrator is not sure of what Asma’ said). Angels will come to every one of you and ask, ‘What do you know about this man?’ A believer will reply, ‘He is Muhammad, Allah’s Apostle , and he came to us with self-evident truth and guidance. So we accepted his teaching, believed and followed him.’ Then the angels will say to him to sleep in peace as they have come to know that he was a believer. On the other hand a hypocrite or a doubtful person will reply, ‘I do not know but heard the people saying something and so I said the same.'”

Aisha said, “Subhan Allah.” I said to her, “Is there a sign?” She nodded with her head meaning, “Yes.” I, too, then stood (for the prayer of eclipse) till I became (nearly) unconscious and later on I poured water on my head. After the prayer, the Prophet praised and glorified Allah and then said, “Just now at this place I have seen what I have never seen before, including Paradise and Hell. No doubt it has been inspired to me that you will be put to trials in your graves and these trials will be like the trials of Masiah-ad-Dajjal or nearly like it (the sub narrator is not sure which expression Asma’ used). You will be asked, ‘What do you know about this man (the Prophet Muhammad)?’ Then the faithful believer (or Asma’ said a similar word) will reply, ‘He is Muhammad Allah’s Apostle who had come to us with clear evidences and guidance and so we accepted his teachings and followed him. And he is Muhammad.’ And he will repeat it thrice. Then the angels will say to him, ‘Sleep in peace as we have come to know that you were a faithful believer.’ On the other hand, a hypocrite or a doubtful person will reply, ‘I do not know, but I heard the people saying something and so I said it.’ (the same). ”

I said, ‘Is there a sign?’ She pointed out in the affirmative.” Asma’ further said, “I too then stood up for the prayer till I fainted and then poured water on my head. When Allah’s Apostle had finished his prayer, he thanked and praised Allah and said, ‘I have seen at this place of mine what I have never seen even Paradise and Hell. No doubt, it has been inspired to me that you will be put to trial in the graves like or nearly like the trial of (Masih) Ad-Dajjal. (I do not know which one of the two Asma’ said.) (The angels) will come to everyone of you and will ask what do you know about this man (i.e. Muhammad). The believer or a firm believer (I do not know which word Asma’ said) will reply, ‘He is Muhammad, Allah’s Apostle (p.b.u.h) who came to us with clear evidences and guidance, so we accepted his teachings, believed and followed him.’ The angels will then say to him, ‘Sleep peacefully as we knew surely that you were a firm believer.’ The hypocrite or doubtful person (I do not know which word Asma’ said) will say, ‘I do not know. I heard the people saying something so I said it (the same).’ ”

I said, ‘What is everybody doing?’ She pointed towards the sky with her hand and said, ‘Glory be to Allah.’ I said, ‘A sign?’ She nodded ‘Yes’ with her head.” She continued, “I stood until I had almost fainted, and I began to pour water over my head. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, praised Allah and spoke well of Him, and then said, ‘There is nothing which I had previously not seen beforehand that I have not now seen while standing – even the Garden and the Fire. It has been revealed to me that you will be tried in your graves with a trial, like, or near to, the trial of the Dajjal (I do not know which one Asma said). Every one of you will have someone who comes to him and asks him, ‘What do you know about this man?’ A mumin, or one who has certainty (muqin) (I do not know which one Asma said), will say, ‘He is Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who came to us with clear proofs and guidance, and we answered and believed and followed.’ He will then be told, ‘Sleep in a good state. We know now that you were a mumin.’ A hypocrite, however, or one who has doubts (l do not know which one Asma said), will say, ‘I do not know, I heard everybody saying something and I said it.’ ”
Hadith No: 437
From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 23, Funerals (Al-Janaaiz)
Narrated/Authority of Ibn Umar
Umar set out along with the Prophet (p.b.u.h) with a group of people to Ibn Saiyad till they saw him playing with the boys near the hillocks of Bani Mughala. Ibn Saiyad at that time was nearing his puberty and did not notice (us) until the Prophet stroked him with his hand and said to him, “Do you testify that I am Allah’s Apostle?” Ibn Saiyad looked at him and said, “I testify that you are the Messenger of illiterates.” Then Ibn Saiyad asked the Prophet (p.b.u.h), “Do you testify that I am Allah’s Apostle?” The Prophet (p.b.u.h) refuted it and said, “I believe in Allah and His Apostles.” Then he said (to Ibn Saiyad), “What do you think?” Ibn Saiyad answered, “True people and liars visit me.” The Prophet said, “You have been confused as to this matter.” Then the Prophet said to him, “I have kept something (in my mind) for you, (can you tell me that?)” Ibn Saiyad said, “It is Al-Dukh (the smoke).” (2) The Prophet said, “Let you be in ignominy. You cannot cross your limits.” On that ‘Umar, said, “O Allah’s Apostle! Allow me to chop his head off.” The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said, “If he is he (i.e. Dajjal), then you cannot over-power him, and if he is not, then there is no use of murdering him.” (Ibn ‘Umar added): Later on Allah’s Apostle (p.b.u.h) once again went along with Ubai bin Ka’b to the date-palm trees (garden) where Ibn Saiyad was staying. The Prophet (p.b.u.h) wanted to hear something from Ibn Saiyad before Ibn Saiyad could see him, and the Prophet (p.b.u.h) saw him lying covered with a sheet and from where his murmurs were heard. Ibn Saiyad’s mother saw Allah’s Apostle while he was hiding himself behind the trunks of the date-palm trees. She addressed Ibn Saiyad, “O Saf ! (and this was the name of Ibn Saiyad) Here is Muhammad.” And with that Ibn Saiyad got up. that the Prophet (saw) would supplicate with these words: “Allahumma inni a’udhu bika min fitnatin-nari wa ‘adhabin-nar, wa min fitnatil-qabri wa ‘adhabil-qabr, wa min sharri fitnatil-ghina wa min sharri fitnatil-faqr, wa min sharri fitnatil-masihid-dajjal. Allahumma aghsil khatayaya bima’ith-thalfi wal-barad, wa naqqi qalbi minal-khataya kama naqqaytath-thawbal-abyad minad-danas. Wa ba’id bayni wa bayna khatayaya kama ba’adta baynal-mashriqi wal-maghrib. Allahumma inni a’udhu bika minal-kasali wal-harami wal-ma’thami wal-maghrami (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the tribulation of the Fire and the torment of the Fire, and from the tribulation of the grave, and from the evil of the tribulation of richness and the evil of the tribulation of poverty, and from the evil of the trial of the False Christ. O Allah! Wash away my sins with the water of snow and hail, and cleanse my heart from sin as a white garment is cleansed from filth, and put a great distance between me and my sins, as great as the distance You have made between the east and the west. O Allah! I seek refuge with You from laziness and old age, and from sins and debt).”
